Ingredients
4eachpork, chops, lean, boneless
1/2cup crumbs, dry
3tablespoonmustard, dijon
3tablespoon juice
1vegetable oil cooking spray

Directions:

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Trim all visble fat from pork chops. Spray a 13×9x2 inch pan with cooking spray. Place crumbs in shallow dish. In another swallow dish, combine mustard and juice; blend well. Dip both sides of each pork chop in mustard , then in crumbs to coat. Place chops in pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes until pork is no longer pink, turning halfway through baking.
